Author Biography

Ziaddin sardar is a writer, broadcaster and cultural critic. He is is the author of Postmodernism and the Other, Orientalism, Islam, Postmodernism and Other Futures, The Ziauddin Sardar Reader and numerous other books. He is co-author, with Davis, of the bestseller Why do People Hate America? Merryl Wyn Davis is a writer and anthropologist and former producer of religious programs for the BBC. She is the author of Introducing Anthropology and Knowing One Another: shaping an Islamic anthropology. She is co-author, with Sardar, of the bestseller Why do People Hate America?
